    Role Description
    Reporting to the Partner, HR & Administration, the Director of Human Resources is accountable for developing, executing, and promoting Human Resources initiatives,processes and programs that support an employee-oriented, high-performance, entrepreneurial culture emphasizing excellence, engagement, and accountability

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership team in making recommendations for and driving culture enhancing initiatives that support corporate goals and objectives
    • Establish functional accountabilities and achieve successful outcomes using experience managing deliverables and milestones
    • Collect, analyze, and report on metrics and KPIs that drive HR related business decisions and organizational development 
    • Accelerate the success of Revenue Analytics’ coaching program, review, and goal setting processes to support a high-performance culture
    • Grow and maintain positive relationships with Leadership and employees that includes providing counsel in HR related matters and assisting in the resolution of day‐to‐day issues
    • Develop and disseminate effective policies and procedures including those found in the Guidelines for Success
    • Drive on-boarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a beneficial experience for all
    • Set standards for and ensure accuracy of record keeping including personal information, personnel files, and the human resources information system (HRIS) 
    • Manage the health & wellness program to include enrollment, claims resolution, and change reporting
    • Devise and implement systems, programs, tools, and processes that improve efficiency, engagement, and business results 
    • Advise Leadership in the progressive discipline system of the firm as needed; monitor the implementation of and collect/retain all pertinent documentation  
    • Establish and maintain vendor relationships that support the changing needs of the company 
    • Provide strong working knowledge of immigration policy, including labor laws, visa requirements, navigation of E‐Verify, and I‐9 compliance  
    • Consult with outside legal counsel as appropriate or as directed by the Group Partner
    • Maintain high degree of confidentiality and professional discretion 
    • Coach junior resources, mentor cross-functional team members, and invest in other’s success
    • Contribute to the success of company-wide Leadership Team initiatives

    Who You Are

    • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with SPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
    • 7+ years in Human Resources with a demonstrated track record of designing and implementing high visibility HR related initiatives
    • Broad working knowledge of employment law, immigration, and standard HR practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple priorities and generate results in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
    • Must possess consultative leadership style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners

    Role Description

    Revenue Analytics is looking for a creative, hands-on, B2B Director of Product Marketing. This role is essential to building a best in class marketing strategy within our organization. This person will report to the Vice President of Marketing here at RA. Acting as a key player within our marketing function, the Director of Product Marketing will drive the successful adoption of current and new features as well as create and shape compelling and exciting content for RA. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will also spearhead tactful marketing strategies that will successfully position RA to resonate with various customers and clients in the targeted markets. You are enthusiastic about simplifying the complex and eager to expand on the next phase of our marketing innovation by partnering closely with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement and execute the overall creation and shaping of internal and external content, to be shared through a variety of different networks.
    • Refine and drive messaging across online and offline channels.
    • Work directly with the Vice President of Marketing and Leadership team to communicate marketing strategies and goals across all practice groups.
    • Create and execute data sheets, infographics, and video content.
    • Help manage aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting.
    • Participate in writing and generating new blog content for RA’s website.
    • Utilize new and existing content to continuously educate our target market on the problems we solve, and how we effectively solve them by having a deep understanding of our industry, clients, and competitors.
    • Create a framework to measure ROI effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, track results, and continue to enhance programs.
    • Serve as company spokesperson as needed for certain media, analyst and public speaking engagements.
    • Work with Senior Leadership and stakeholders to develop strategic marketing plans supporting specific market/industry priorities wanted to advance the Revenue Analytics brand.  

    Who You Are

    • 10+ years of relevant work experience; B2B marketing.
    • Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
    • Outstanding organizational and execution skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • A player-coach who can set/manage priorities for the team as well as produce as a member of the team.

You will manage client relationships and lead a team of Strategy, Operations Research Consultants, and Data Engineers. In this role, you will engineer and refine business processes, perform intensive data analysis, construct large-scale solutions, and interface with clients to identify key issues and develop and explain recommendations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage client relationships and expectations; ensure client satisfaction with all project work and deliverables
    • Lead project teams in all aspects of the project, including both strategic and technical work streams
    • Facilitate working sessions with clients to identify and analyze complex business problems
    • and opportunities to drive revenue gains
    • Create client deliverables (presentations, reports, and updates) suitable for a diverse set
