    Revenue Analytics is looking for a creative, hands-on, B2B Director of Product Marketing. This role is essential to building a best in class marketing strategy within our organization. This person will report to the Vice President of Marketing here at RA. Acting as a key player within our marketing function, the Director of Product Marketing will drive the successful adoption of current and new features as well as create and shape compelling and exciting content for RA. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will also spearhead tactful marketing strategies that will successfully position RA to resonate with various customers and clients in the targeted markets. You are enthusiastic about simplifying the complex and eager to expand on the next phase of our marketing innovation by partnering closely with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement and execute the overall creation and shaping of internal and external content, to be shared through a variety of different networks.
    • Refine and drive messaging across online and offline channels.
    • Work directly with the Vice President of Marketing and Leadership team to communicate marketing strategies and goals across all practice groups.
    • Create and execute data sheets, infographics, and video content.
    • Help manage aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting.

    Responsibilities

In this role, you will engineer and refine business processes, perform intensive data analysis, construct large-scale solutions, and interface with clients to identify key issues and develop and explain recommendations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage client relationships and expectations; ensure client satisfaction with all project work and deliverables
    • Lead project teams in all aspects of the project, including both strategic and technical work streams
    • Facilitate working sessions with clients to identify and analyze complex business problems

    Serving in a key role for the Human Resources group at Revenue Analytics, the HR Generalist is accountable for developing, administering and promoting Human Resources initiatives and programs that support an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing excellence, productivity and goal attainment.  The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide variety of HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding/off boarding and performance management. The HR Generalist communicates company policies and procedures and tracks relevant data to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees that include providing counsel in HR related matters and assisting in the resolution of day-to-day issues
    • Lead the onboarding and off boarding of employees to ensure a beneficial experience for all
    • Gather data and build reports delivering HR metrics that drive HR related business decisions and organizational development
